Copyright Policy
WebNexa respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our services to do the same. We will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA.
DMCA Takedown Procedure
If you believe that content on our website or services infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice.
Required Information
Your notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the infringing material and its location on our service
- Your contact information (address, phone number, email)
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act
How to Submit a DMCA Notice
Send your DMCA notice to our designated agent:
Please use "DMCA Takedown Notice" in the subject line of your email.
Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
- Notify the user who posted the content
- Provide the user with a copy of the takedown notice
- Inform the user of their right to file a counter-notice
We typically respond to valid DMCA notices within 24-48 hours.
Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice.
Counter-Notice Requirements
Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed content and its former location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake
- Your contact information
- Consent to jurisdiction of federal court in your district
- Agreement to accept service of process from the complainant
Response to Counter-Notices
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice:
- We will forward it to the original complainant
- We will inform them they have 10 business days to file a court action
- If no action is filed, we may restore the content within 10-14 days
- If court action is filed, the matter will be resolved through legal proceedings
Repeat Infringer Policy
WebNexa maintains a policy of terminating services to users who are repeat copyright infringers. We may:
- Issue warnings for first-time violations
- Temporarily suspend services for repeat violations
- Permanently terminate services for chronic infringers
- Remove all content associated with terminated accounts
Safe Harbor Provisions
WebNexa qualifies for safe harbor protection under the DMCA as a service provider. We:
- Do not have actual knowledge of infringing activity
- Do not receive financial benefit directly attributable to infringement
- Respond expeditiously to remove infringing content upon notice
- Have designated an agent to receive DMCA notices
- Have implemented a repeat infringer policy
False Claims
Making false claims in a DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in:
- Liability for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA
- Perjury charges for false statements made under penalty of perjury
- Legal action by affected parties
- Termination of services
Please ensure all information in your notice is accurate and that you have a good faith belief in your claim.

We also respect international copyright laws and treaties, including:
- Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works
- World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) treaties
- National copyright laws of various countries
- Bilateral and multilateral copyright agreements
Fair Use and Exceptions
We recognize that copyright law includes exceptions such as:

Content Monitoring
WebNexa does not actively monitor user content for copyright infringement. However:
- We respond promptly to valid DMCA notices
- We may proactively remove obviously infringing content
- We use automated tools to detect some types of infringement
- We cooperate with rights holders to address infringement
